By publishing or submitting User Content, you grant RiyazGhar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and format the content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and distribute the Service.
5. Educational Use of Content
By publishing content publicly, you grant permission for other users to view, play, and practice the composition for educational purposes. Users may not redistribute or commercially exploit other users' compositions outside the platform without permission from the original creator.
6. Traditional Music and Public Domain Material
Many musical exercises, ragas, bandish compositions, and related elements may be based on traditional or public-domain musical systems. You claim ownership only over your original arrangement or expression.
7. Permission to Upload Recordings of Others
If you upload recordings, performances, or compositions involving other people, you represent that you have obtained the necessary permissions to share that content.
8. AI-Generated or Assisted Content
Users remain responsible for the originality, legality, and rights associated with any content created using automated tools, software assistance, or AI-based tools.
9. Platform Monetization
RiyazGhar may generate revenue through subscriptions, educational courses, advertising, premium practice libraries, or distribution of musical content. User Content may be included as permitted by these Terms.
10. Platform Intellectual Property
All software, platform technology, playback systems, notation engines, design elements, and branding associated with RiyazGhar are owned by RiyazGhar.
11. Content Formatting and Playback
To enable playback, notation display, and educational functionality, RiyazGhar may process, convert, or reformat User Content for technical or functional purposes.
12. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact us with identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate.
13. Content Moderation
RiyazGhar may review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or harms the platform, including unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
